Engage and Grow: Sales

It’s easy to recall the date and time that the business world flipped upside down and had to temporarily close its physical doors. This unprecedented disruption changed the way we communicate, interact, work – and ultimately how we all conduct business. In Engage and Grow, Michael Brown (President, Trico Homes), and Jinger Forde (Small Business Advisor, Scotiabank) interview each other and discuss how businesses have continued to successfully fill their sales funnel and keep deal flow moving.

We look to discuss timely topics such as:

  • Closing deals
  • Generating leads
  • Selling in a virtual world
  • Enabling e-commerce
  • Maintaining focus on pre-existing customers
  • Contributing to the community and pandemic response

Join us as we discuss how the sales process has changed and what businesses need to adapt to in order to be successful in the future.
